Ground coriander
1/2 c. à café
Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café
Sweet paprika

Cayenne pepper
1 pincée
Fine salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, remove the seeds if desired.
2. Finely slice the onion.
3. Mix tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt and chili pepper.
4. Add ground coriander and leave to marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge.
5. Serve with raw vegetables, chips or as a side dish.
