🛒 Ingredients
240 g White beans
1 Lemon
1/2 Cucumber
1/4 Onion
2 Tomato
1 c. à café Dried oregano
2 c. à café Dried parsley
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the white beans.
2. Cut the tomato and cucumber into cubes, slice the onion.
3. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, dried parsley, oregano, salt.
4. Combine beans, vegetables and vinaigrette.
5. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes and serve chilled.
