🛒 Ingredients
60 g Blueberry
250 g Oatmeal
80 g Honey
40 g Coconut oil
2 c. à soupe Chia seeds
80 g Nut
1 pincée Fine salt
1 c. à café Vanilla extract
60 g Grated coconut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. Mix oatmeal, crushed nuts, grated coconut, chia seeds.
3. Pour honey, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract, mix well.
4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
5. Let cool completely before storing, add dried blueberries.
