🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
4 Apple
160 ml Enriched almond milk
1 sachet Baking powder
50 g Brown sugar
1 c. à café Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
160 g Wholemeal flour
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Cut the apples into cubes and lightly lemon them.
3. Whisk eggs, almond milk, olive oil and brown sugar.
4. Add wholemeal flour, yeast and cinnamon, then add the apples.
5. Pour into a mold and cook for 35 minutes.
