🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 Bell pepper
3 Tomato
280 g Shrimp
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 min.
2. Add pepper strips, brown for 3 min.
3. Add crushed tomatoes, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp, cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
5. Salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve with brown rice.
