Lemon shrimp ceviche

Peruvian ceviche with shrimp marinated in lime, chili and coriander.

🛒 Ingredients
3 Lemon
1/4 Onion
200 g Shrimp
1/2 c. à café Ground coriander
1/4 c. à café Cayenne pepper
1/2 Cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Defrost and peel the shrimp.
2. Cut them into small pieces and cover them with lemon juice.
3. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Drain and mix with diced cucumber, onion, cayenne pepper.
5. Serve chilled garnished with ground coriander.
