🛒 Ingredients
3 Banana
60 g Oatmeal
1 sachet Baking powder
180 g Greek yogurt
2 Eggs
50 g Nut
1 c. à café Vanilla extract
140 g Wholemeal flour
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mash the very ripe bananas with the Greek yogurt and eggs.
3. Add wholemeal flour, oatmeal, yeast and vanilla extract.
4. Add the crushed nuts.
5. Pour into a cake mold and cook for 40 minutes.
