1/4 Onion
1 Tomato
1/2 c. à café Ground coriander
1/4 c. à café Cayenne pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving pieces.
2. Add the lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
3. Add the finely diced tomato and finely chopped onion.
4. Add the ground coriander and mix.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
