1 Mango
150 ml Enriched almond milk
1 pincée Ground cinnamon
20 g Grated coconut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Peel and pit the mango, peel the banana.
2. Put mango, banana and almond milk in the blender.
3. Add the grated coconut and a pinch of cinnamon.
4. Blend for 60 seconds until smooth.
5. Serve in a glass with some coconut shavings.
